Q. Why do you build so many different targets?

A. Every type of archery is different and as such there is no"one target fits all". The very design that allows our broadhead targets to last so long when shot with broadheads make it difficult to remove target arrows until the foam is loosened up. Our FPS compression targets stop thousands of target arrows yet broadheads will destroy one quickly.

Q. Can you shoot mechanical heads into your broadhead targets.

A. Yes. The Cube will stop both fixed blade or mechanical heads with great results and long life.

Q. How long do your targets last?

A. Every set up is different so it is hard to give an absolute answer to this question. For Field points we recommend the FPS 300 targets for the most life. For Broadheads the Cube series is the best you can buy anywhere. The bottom line answer is we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the life of our targets.

Q. What do you recommend for crossbows?

A. The new Crossfire is great for target points from the fastest crossbow. The Crossbow King is the finest broadhead target ever designed for crossbows!

Q. Can I buy the same target as was used in the last Olympic Games?

A. Yes. We designed and built the targets for the 2000 Sydney Olympic games.

Q. What is the Velocicore

A. The Velocicore is a totally new concept in archery targets. Its design uses a combination of compression and friction to stop arrows. The nature of the ballistic threads allows the easiest arrow removal ever and yet holds the arrows for scoring. This core is available on the new 172c competition mat, the Crossfire, and the Range Mat.

Q. Why do you bond the layers together in your broadhead targets?

A. While compressed sheets of foam work fine for target points, when cut with the blades of a broadhead the fall apart quickly, this results in the foam falling out of the target in slivers and very short target life not to mention a mess. Bonded laminations slows this slivering by up to 50% creating a target that lasts longer. Plus with no bands or boards around the target you can shoot the target from all directions making the Cube a even better value than banded sheets.
