For the cutting action of modern broadheads nothing works as well as our MDL (Multi-Layered Density) targets. They have been proven to be the best broadhead target available in hunting camps all over North America. The DoubleCross uses this system, with the high density layer positioned in the center of the target to allow you to shoot the target from both ends, doubling the life of the face of the target. Both fixed blade and mechanical heads pull with ease.
The DoubleCross is designed for bolts up to 300 FPS tipped with broadheads. Field Points are not recommended for this target as they are difficult to remove. The blades of the broadhead will open the foam however allowing easy bolt removal when shot with a broadhead.
